Welcome to our cozy apartment located in an ideal position, halfway between the majestic Arena of Verona and the train station, making it extremely convenient for those who need to reach the Fair, just a 10-minute drive away, with the convenience of a taxi station nearby.

The accommodation is situated along Corso Porta Nuova, one of Verona's main streets, but the fortune of being on the top floor ensures peace and tranquility throughout your stay. Nearby, you will find a wide selection of shops, bars, and restaurants.

Just a 10-minute walk from the walls of the historic center, you will find an info point that will provide you with all the necessary tourist information to fully enjoy the magic of the city of Verona. This makes the apartment ideal for opera lovers, given its proximity to the Arena of Verona, and great for those arriving by bus, train, or plane, as the station is only an 8-minute walk away.

Located on the sixth floor, accessible by elevator up to the fifth, with a flight of stairs to reach the top floor, this apartment is suitable for couples, groups of friends, families, or business travelers.

Brightness is a distinctive feature of this house, which includes a spacious living room with TV, a dining table and chairs, a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a classic-style bathroom with shower. The warm and welcoming style of the furnishings blends with the uniqueness of the colors, creating a harmonious environment.

It can accommodate up to 3 people, thanks to the presence of a sofa bed in the living room, although we prefer to avoid the presence of children under 10 years old.

The terrace, a green oasis above the city, offers breathtaking views and is ideal for breakfast and aperitifs during the summer months. The wonderful bougainvillea, personally cared for by the owner, make this space magical during the summer flowering period.
